Before being analyzed in LC-MS/MS, the samples are prepared using the Intavis’s Digest Pro MSI robot. The use of a robot allows reproducible and automated processing of multiple samples.

- liquid digestion of protein
- in-gel protein digestion (positive pressure system using perforated microplates)
- desalting by Stage-Tips
