TapeStation 4150
La TapeStation 4150 permet l’analyse automatique par électrophorèse des acides nucléiques (ADN et ARN) afin de déterminer la taille, la qualité (présence de contaminants) et la concentration des échantillons. La migration des échantillons est réalisée dans des « ScreenTape » spécifiques en fonction de la nature des échantillons et du niveau de sensibilité requis.

Cet instrument permet la mesure d’absorbance, de fluorescence, de polarisation de fluorescence (classique, TRF, FRET, TR-FRET, HTRF) et de luminescence d’échantillons disposés dans tous les formats de microplaques (6-384 puits). Le lecteur permet également la numération cellulaire et est équipé d’un système d’injection.

Nanodrop ND 1000

FlexStation 3 (Molecular Devices)
Le FlexStation 3 est un spectrophotomètre multi-fonctionnel de microplaques de 6 à 384 puits. Il fonctionne en fluorescence en temps résolu (calcium), FRET, BRET, absorbance, luminance et HTRF. Cet appareil est équipé de 8 injecteurs de volume de 100 – 2000 µl (robot). Il fonctionne en monochromateur.
Scanner infra-rouge ODYSSEY (Li-cor)
This equipment produces a linear quantification, 2 fluorophores are available (680 and 800 nm). It presents a high sensitivity and a low background noice. Various applications are possible: Western Blot, In-Cell Western, In vivo imaging, In-Gel western and Northern Blot.
Fluorescence scanner
The platform is equipped with an Ettan Dige Imager fluorescence scanner (GE Healthcare) to reveal blots labeled with antibodies coupled to cyanines (Cy2, Cy3 et Cy5) or with antibodies coupled to Alexa Fluor an equivalent to cyanines, as well as electrophoresis gels colored with fluorescents dyes such as que Sypro Ruby or Deep Purple. This scanner can also read ECL+ stained blots and is also suited for reading 2D DIGE electrophoresis gels made on the platform.
Liquid handling automation
The TECAN Freedom Evo 150 is a robot allowing the dispensing of all types of liquids in 96 or 384 microwell plates. The robot is thus able to prepare in an automated way your plate preparation or plate titration etc… The volume range is between 1 to 500 µL.
