The Pitié-Salpêtrière Post-Genomic Platform (P3S) was created in 2001 by three research institutes located on the premises of the Faculty of Medicine of Sorbonne University (formerly UPMC). This core facility belongs to theUMS 37 PASS and is administratively affiliated to both INSERM and Sorbonne University.
The P3S platform’s mission is to provide its users with state-of-the-art technology and expert personnel in genomic and proteomic. The P3S team will support you throughout the implementation of your projects (methodological advice, carrying out analysis and result’s interpretation).
Projects are carried out within the framework of collaborations between the platform and the project leader. The P3S platform’s services are intended for both academic and private laboratories.
The core facility also provides you with common laboratory equipment (qPCR, scanners and cameras, spectrophotometer, pipetting system) in a common shared service. Free access to this equipment is subject to prior training. Reservations of the equipment are made via a dedicated website.
